TITLE: SOFTWARE  PROJECT MANAGER

DESCRIPTION: The B2B Soft Software Project Manager will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap
  • Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
  • Perform product demos to customers
  • Be an expert with respect to competition
  • Brief and train the sales cycle

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • 5+ years of experience in a job in the software development market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
  • Strong Technical background
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Must be able to travel 25% of the time

TITLE:  ACCOUNT MANAGER - SOFTWARE SALES, WIRELESS RETAIL (New York)

DESCRIPTION: The B2B Soft Account Manager is a Direct Sales "Hunter" position responsible for brining in new business from the Indirect dealer channels within the wireless industry sector.  This is a position for a motivated individual with 2-3 years proven sales performance selling software as a service and preferable with an understanding of Retail Management Software.  The candidate must have the ability to effectively present and sell Point-of-Sale, Inventory Management, Business Intelligence and other services to prospective customers in the niche wireless retail sector.  The Account Manager is provided support by the implementation and support departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a rolodex of contacts within the wireless retail industry
  • Lead generation, customer needs assessment and closing of identified opportunities
  • Maintain a strong sales funnel and expand market presence throughout the sales cycle
  • Prepare quotes and proposals
  • Deliver presentations to customers
  • Work both directly with prospects and also in conjunction with partners to close sales
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and log activities within company CRM system
  • Meet target activity levels for calls, meetings, quotes and new opportunities added to the sales funnel each month

TITLE:  DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT STRATEGY (New York)

  • Perform market research and comparative analysis
  • Participate in RFP process
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
  • Perform product demos to customers, prepare  internal and external presentations

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience as a Product Manager, Program manager
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • 7+ years of experience in a job in the software development market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Strong technical background

TITLE:  DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, VP OF OPERATIONS (New York)

DESCRIPTION: Director of Operations will play a critical role in our growing organization, providing thought leadership and building operational processes.

Responsibilities:

Evolve operational processes and workflow documentation, work with company P&L, provide leadership and team management, provide employee trainings, improve customer support metrics, maintain the customer support knowledge base and provide support/trainings for client base.

  • Previous software experience is a preferred
